PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. – An early morning fire sent a Gretna family fleeing into the cold.

Firefighters from Gretna and other volunteer departments responded to a report of a structure fire at 1585 Millstream Road at around 1:00 Monday morning. On arrival, they found the mobile home fully involved.

Reports to this newsroom indicate that there were no injuries; however, the trailer was destroyed in the fire.

The Pittsylvania County Fire Marshal will investigate the cause.
